some little things & an Etsy gift guide

Have you finished Christmas shopping yet?  I always tell myself I'm going to be super organized and get everything done early, but so far that's never happened - ha!  In case you're looking for some last minute ideas, I've got a treasury full of beautiful handmade items perfect for gift giving from some of my favorite shops - I've been admiring many of them and some items I actually own myself and can attest to their awesomeness!

top row: pinecone necklace from Pretties by Meg (this is a staple in my wardrobe - love it!) / Let's Drink Coffee print from Whimsey & Wanderlust / custom return address stamp from A Touch of Love (I also one own one of these and I get so excited whenever I have the chance to use it - the owner of this shop is super sweet & great to work with!)
middle row: print from French Press Mornings / tag & twine box set from Knot & Bow / leather wrap bracelet from Taisteal (I actually knew the beautiful owner of this shop in college!)
bottom row: mini jotter notebook from Wit & Whistle / Lizzy Bennet print from Nan Lawson (I also own this one - this artist has tons of fun book character & pop culture illustrations available!) / wooden typography wall sign from Old New Again

See the rest of the treasury here - and if there isn't time for an order before Christmas, Etsy gift cards are always available!

I was also on vacation from work last week and managed to not take a single photo all. week. long.  My hands were too busy with gift making and knitting up orders for family and co-workers so I'll just write up a few good things to share today as well:

1. leg warmers/ boot cuffs - I've been wearing the heck out of mine since we've been having sub-zero temperatures around my neck of the woods lately...and it's only December...sigh! (ps. you can still order a pair of custom boot cuffs through the end of the month in my shop! ;)
2. drinking hot cocoa
3. Elf!  It's the one holiday movie I actually own and always makes me laugh whenever I watch it!
4.  I've been taking a "character development" class at the church I attend - this class is basically intended to help you learn more about yourself and how you relate to others and become a more mature Christian.  It's been challenging and uncomfortable (to say the least for this introvert) but oh so good for me - God is showing me so much!

Hope your week is grand - and warm!
