I make a cup of coffee (I use my Keurig but it works just as well with your normal coffee maker!) with a little less water than I usually do so it's extra strong. While the coffee is brewing, fill a large glass all the way to the top with ice cubes and pour your milk or creamer in the bottom. When your coffee is done, either let it sit until it reaches about room temperature or stick it in the freezer for a few minutes (if you're too impatient like me!) before pouring it over the ice. Stir & enjoy!
That's it! I sometimes save some coffee if I take too long to drink it and it starts getting watered down. Then I just refresh my glass with the extra coffee - hope you're staying cool this week!
