the book pile / weekend reads

My book pile has steadily been growing this week and I'm not afraid to admit that I'm definitely looking  forward to making a dent in it this weekend:

Knitting From the Center Out by Daniel Yuhas / Honestly, the book design is what initially convinced me to pick this book up, but after flipping through it I think the concept is really interesting with some super cute projects.
Etiquette & Espionage by Gail Carriger / I just finished reading this one last week - steampunk, werewolves, vampires, & mystery all at a Victorian-era finishing school? What's not to love?? A seriously fun read!
The Last Dragonslayer by Jasper Fforde / I've enjoyed reading a few of Fforde's adult novels & was really excited when I saw he had written a novel for kids & teens.
The Crafter's Guide to Taking Great Photos by Heidi Adnum / I just flipped through this title, but I'm excited to dive into this one that gives specific examples for improving product photos specifically for online shops!

Have a great weekend!
